Bird Oasis, Your Backyard Birding Store offers the following Returns Policy:

If you have a problem with your product within 14 days after purchase, send us an email and we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation.  If there's a problem after 14 days we usually contact the manufacture on your behalf and work with them to resolve the problem.

If you are required to return the product to us, you will be expected to handle the shipping of the product, but we will refund your product if we deem that it was our fault that the problem started.
